GTF® system: precision, productivity and safety for profiling, demolishing and excavating.

The GTF® system performs specialty milling thanks to its high power and patented sophisticated proprietary software that controls the hydraulic system. Specialty milling is specifically defined as milling that guarantees a minimum production of 3.5 cu m/h and a depth precision of ± 5 mm.

What is specialty milling?

Specialty milling stands out from regular milling (removal of one or more layers of concrete or asphalt, either mechanically or by high-pressure water jetting), because it delivers results not achievable using traditional or hydrodemolition systems, including:

  1. A depth precision of ± 5 mm, which permits an exact calculation of the quantity of grout needed to restore the surface; this leads to significant cost savings also due to the evenness of the surface.
  2. High productivity (minimum 3.5 cu m/h), resulting in a highly reduced job completion time
  3. An even and perfect gripping surface that favors the application of the new layer of grout, and ensures the durability of the repair.
